2. Ordering
2.1 Ordering options
With WERMA you have various ordering options:
- Ordering via telephone
- Ordering via fax
- Ordering via e-mail
- Ordering in the WERMA online shop
We would also be pleased to advise you on-site. Simply set a date with us right now!
Please note: you can order in our online shop if you have a valid sales tax identification number, independent of whether you are already a customer or are ordering with WERMA for the first time.
2.2 Order process
The WERMA ordering process is in five steps:

Select article
When you have located your desired article, specify the desired quantity on the product detail page and click on the 'To the shopping cart' button.
Your shopping cart
When you click on 'My shopping cart' the content of the shopping cart is displayed. You can see your selected articles again and modify the quantity if necessary.
In the shopping cart you can also supplement your own article numbers, delete products or add further products by entering the article number.
If you have put everything you wanted to order into the shopping cart, click on the 'Proceed to checkout' button. Of course all data are processed in encrypted form for your security during the order process.
User data
Enter your personal data in the next step. Here it is specified whether you are purchasing from WERMA for the first time or whether you already have access.
- I am already a customer
If you already have a personal WERMA account we only need your e-mail address and confirmation by entering your password.
- I am a new customer
If you do not have a personal account please enter your data into the fields. The fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory fields.
If you would like to set up a personal account with your order then please check the corresponding position. Your personal account is set up for you by entering a password. You can also open a personal account during further processing of your order.
Clicking the 'Next' button takes you to the next ordering step.
Delivery and shipping
In this part of your order you are given detailed information about availability and the precise delivery date for your selected articles. You can also enter a preferred delivery date or another delivery address and select your preferred mode of shipment.
In this step you can also specify the corresponding payment method.
Please observe our delivery and payment conditions. You can also find additional information in our General Terms and Conditions.
Check
The overview page once again shows you all of your order details as well as delivery and shipping conditions. Please check all of the data carefully and if necessary correct these with the 'Change' button.
Before sending your order, please read our General Terms and Conditions and confirm that you agree to these.
If everything is okay, send the order with 'Send order'.
Confirmation
After completing your order you receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail.
2.3 Order status
In the 'My WERMA' section you can see the status of your order at any time. Additionally, on the day of dispatch you will receive an e-mail with the corresponding data for tracking your package.
Moreover, you can see your order history, your customer data and your individual conditions. Apart from that, Claims can also be registered in the ‘My WERMA’ section.
3. Delivery and shipping
Product availability
Because our E-shop is connected to our SAP/R3 system, availability of the individual products can be displayed immediately.
As soon as you place a product in the shopping cart a renewed availability check is carried out. In this way, with every order step you have up-to-date information about the availability of your selected product.
Deviating delivery address
If you wish to send goods to an address other than the address on the invoice, then check the checkbox at the corresponding position and enter the desired delivery address.
Delivery deadline
Articles that can be delivered immediately are transferred to our shipper on the same / next day following your order and according to order input. No goods are shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Please consult your order confirmation for the precise delivery date of your ordered article.
Preferred delivery date
If you would like to have your ordered articles sent on a specific date, then you can enter this in the 'Preferred delivery date' field. We will try our best to meet your preferred delivery date. Please be aware that this is not always possible. Please contact our customer service in case of queries concerning this.
Select mode of shipment
We dispatch with well-known parcel services. You have the possibility to choose between standard shipment and express shipment. The regular transit time for a standard shipment within Germany is 1 – 2 working days, worldwide 3 – 10 working days (deviation possible).
The transit time for express shipment within Germany is 1 working day (for a next-day delivery we must receive orders until 12:00 o’clock at the latest). For parcels that go abroad the transit time is approximately 3 – 7 days and depends on the receiving country.
Please consider that the costs for express shipment are higher than the costs for standard shipment. These will be displayed in the order overview.
Goods are only dispatched on working days.

If you would like to send the WERMA sales team a supplementary message or would like to communicate detailed specifications for your order, please enter these in the 'Comments' field.

4. Payment methods
The following payment methods are available to you for your purchase:

We give you 3 % discount wit payment in advance. |
| Cash on delivery |
We give you 3 % discount with cash on delivery.
The cash on delivery fee of 6 euros must be paid by you and is taken into account with the shipping costs. You mus pay the order amount and shipping costs directly to the delivery person.
Outside of Germany we unfortunately cannot offer payment with cash on delivery.

| Invoice |
Payment per invoice is only possible for existing customers. Firs deliveries are per credit card, cash in advance or with cash on delivery.
Within Germany, for payment within 14 days from the date of invoice we give 2 % discount and 30 days net.
Outside of Germany, our individually agreed payment conditions are valid for existing customers.

5. Returns and complaints
In the 'My WERMA' section you can register your complaints and contact WERMA. Please describe your problem in as much detail as possible. We will process this and contact you as soon as possible.
