Creating roles with appropriate rights
How do I regulate access and editing of different functionalities in WeASSIST?
Within a software system, you usually do not want each of your users to have all available rights. Therefore, there is a roles and rights system in WeASSIST.
Within this system you create roles and assign permissions to them. To create a role and assign rights to it, proceed as follows:
Go to the Roles and Permissions page "Administration --> Roles and Permissions" and start creating a new role by clicking on "+".
If you have already created users in the system, you can assign them accordingly after creating the role.

Practical tip
The "Approve" right should only be assigned to persons who also have the authority to be responsible for costs, as these users can add new devices or users, which in turn incurs costs
