Repairs and return shipments


WERMA Signaltechnik attaches great importance to the quality of its products and the satisfaction of its customers. Should you nevertheless have reason for a complaint, we would ask you to fill in the returns form completely. Your return can then be processed more quickly to your satisfaction.

Returns Process


  1. In www.werma.com “My WERMA” (with Login) or in the section “Service” (no Login required) fill in the details of your return. If you log in through “My Werma” you can also see your previous 20 orders and pull up the returns form with a single mouseclick. 
  2. Send the returns note to WERMA. 
  3. Print out the complete Returns Form and return with your goods. 4 You will receive an Email confirmation of receipt of goods.

Conditions for return of goods

  • You are responsible for carrying carriage costs for returns. Returns without carriage paid will not be accepted by WERMA.
  • Orders incorrectly ordered must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging, fit for immediate resale.All parts returned must be clean and free of contamination.
  • Customised made to measure products are excluded from this returns process.
  • Returns can only be made up to max 3 months from delivery date.
  • A handling charge of 20% of the goods value or a minimum charge of EUR 35 will be charged.
  • A minimum charge of EUR 35 will also be charged for any repair work requested.
