You can access WeASSIST on a wide range of devices. If you want to use WeASSIST with an Android or iOS device, you can either open the browser on your device or download the WeASSIST app from the App Store. The app has the same range of functions as the solution that you call up with the browser. In addition, you receive push notifications with the app and can intervene immediately in the event of problems.
To install the WERMA WeASSIST app, open the App Store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) and search for WERMA WeASSIST. After you have installed the app, you can open the app and log in with the same access data as in the browser. You now have full access to all functions that you also use in the browser.
In the mobile view you can now open a configuration view via the arrow icon in the upper right corner, where you can change the arrangement of the widgets for the mobile view. This arrangement remains saved only for your mobile view.
