Step 2: Initial setup Software 


To get the most out of WeASSIST, please follow the instructions below. This will ensure that your software is successfully set up and ready to use.


Before you start using the WeASSIST software, you must ensure that the WeASSIST hardware is successfully set up.

1. Activate WeASSIST & accept the invitation email


After activating your WeASSIST account or tenant, an invitation email will be sent to the administrator you previously specified (see example below). If you do not have the invitation email, please first check your spam folder.  


Click Accept invitation to get to the WeASSIST login page.

2. Log in


Once you have accepted the invitation, you will be redirected to the following website:

https://weassist.werma.com/


If you have not received a one-time password, please log in using the above website with your email address and your regular Microsoft password – we use Active Directory for this.

Depending on the security settings of your IT department, multi-factor authentication, such as a PIN or confirmation via the Microsoft Authenticator on your mobile phone, may be required to log in.
