WeASSIST hardware

24V signals from machines or manual workstations indicate the status at the signal tower and transmit this status wirelessly to the gateway via the integrated transceiver.

WeASSIST gateway

The gateway receives the status of all transceivers on site via radio and sends it to the WeASSIST software (Microsoft Azure Cloud) via Ethernet.

With the Andon Board from WeASSIST, you receive a prioritised list of malfunctions or problems based on your defined characteristics. These can be successively processed and acknowledged. The Andon Board shows at a glance which malfunctions are particularly urgent and in which order they should be processed.
