The eSIGN is an electronically modular LED signal tower for industrial applications, such as on machines, systems and production lines. It offers various signalling modes with multiple colours, brightness levels and light patterns – from classic traffic light displays to customer-specific settings.
The eSIGN is available in versions with 6, 9 or 15 segments, each of which can be controlled independently. All variants are available with or without a siren and in black or white housings.
Typical areas of application include machine signalling, plant and production monitoring, level or fault indicators, and access and building security. Thanks to its flexible LED technology, eSIGN can be adapted to many industrial environments and processes.
eSIGN is available as a standard 24 V version with configuration via USB and as technology versions with IO-Link or PROFINET. Connection is typically via M12 connectors, including a 4-pin M12 socket.
The eSIGN supports various operating modes such as classic signal tower display, autoscale mode for full-surface signalling and level indication. The colour, light effect and brightness can be freely configured for each segment, for example, continuous light, flashing or strobe functions.
Yes, the eSIGN is resistant to UV radiation and environmental influences in accordance with UL Type 4X and is therefore ideally suited for demanding industrial and outdoor areas. It is also certified for Class 2 clean room applications. Please note: The PROFINET and 6-segment versions are excluded from clean room approval.
Autoscale mode enables a signalling system to automatically select and adjust the optimum size or scaling of the optical signal for specific Scoreboards. In this way, full-surface visibility is achieved for each display stand. This means that optimum visibility can be achieved for each display stand.
