MC35
The MC35 combines a compact design with impressive signalling. Thanks to modern LED technology, it provides clear, highly visible status indicators – even in demanding environments. Quick to install, durable and versatile: the ideal solution for efficient and reliable machine and system communication.
MC55
The MC55 offers clear, easily recognisable LED signals in a compact housing. It is easy to integrate and is suitable for a wide range of applications where reliable status indication is required. The light is available in different variants so that it can be flexibly adapted to different requirements.
MC55 High
Thanks to its higher dome, the MC55 High offers even better visibility of the LED signals – even from a greater distance or unfavourable viewing angles. It is easy to integrate and is suitable for applications where a particularly clearly visible status display is required. This version is also available in different variants to support different requirements.
MC55 Touch
The WERMA MC55 Touch combines clearly visible LED signals with an integrated touch function. It enables direct operation on the device and is suitable for applications that require both a clear status display and simple user interaction. Various versions are available to adapt it flexibly to different areas of application.
Typical applications
Acknowledgement of machine failures
Visual and audible alarms signal malfunctions. With a simple touch, the operator acknowledges the alarm and sends a feedback signal to the control system.
Start/stop of machine cycles
A tap of the finger is all it takes to start or stop machine cycles – safely and directly.
Control of peripheral devices
Up to 200 mA can be switched directly, for example for external signal transmitters or additional devices.
Time-based escalation
In the event of malfunctions, such as a conveyor belt coming to a standstill, the MC55 first activates a visual signal. If there is no response, an acoustic alarm automatically sounds after a defined period of time.
MC series with IO-Link technology
The MC series with IO-Link offers modern, intelligent lighting for industrial applications.
With the help of this powerful point-to-point communication, MC lights can signal information beyond the location of the product. Data from various sensors is forwarded in real time and displayed as programmed. The resulting transparency of production processes offers you new opportunities to identify problems more quickly and accurately, thereby increasing the efficiency of your production.
