It can be very easy to get machine uptime and downtime due to the available PLC and other control systems. Manual assembly and workstations don’t offer this capability very often which makes it difficult to precisely identify the process disruptions.
Using an Andon Call-for-Action System, employees can indicate any unexpected or unplanned disruption or support request by pushing a button. This information can be wirelessly recorded and notifications can be sent via E-Mail or text to the responsible person for a quicker response time.
